About the Center

The South County Recreation Center (SoCo) sits on 16 acres of land that was purchased with VISION 2025 economic development dollars. It was originally named the Jenks/Glenpool Community Center when it opened in 2006. The name changed in 2009.

Tulsa County Parks’ Community and rec centers will now be closed on Mondays and have adjusted opening times. This change ensures that there are always two staff members present, to enhance the safety of both the public and employees.

Effective March 4th, 2024, our new hours will be as follows:
Sunday – Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
