About the Center
In 1978, the first Bixby Community Center opened in the old Bixby Freewill Baptist Church. In 2003, it was moved into a renovated grocery store that was large enough to have had a gymnastics training facility, as well as host to large events and programs. The outdoor parking lot can be used for various events and programs. The center stays busy with camps, fitness classes, dances, local crafts shows and flea markets.
