Communications

Communications supports the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) with strategic communications that uphold brand standards and aligns messaging across Tulsa County.

Internal communications include a weekly employee newsletter, multiple web portals, all-staff email alerts and more.

External communications include media relations, social media, TulsaCounty.org and more.

Department Details

Communications consists of a Public Information Officer under the BOCC who works with communications professionals in Tulsa County departments outside the BOCC, including the Sheriff’s Office, Assessor’s Office, Tulsa County Election Board and others.
