Thank you for your interest in hosting your event, picnic, party, or special occasion at one of our parks. Before reserving your space, we’d love to learn more about your event to better understand your needs and ensure we provide the perfect setup for your celebration.
Important Questions to Consider:
- Is your event open to more than just friends and family?
- Will there be 200 or more people at your event?
- Is there a fee to attend your event?
If you answered YES to one or more of the above questions, your event is classified as a special event.
If you answered NO to all of the above questions, please continue booking through our new online reservation portal.
Things to Note:
Insurance Requirements:
When reserving a picnic pavilion, please be prepared to provide insurance if you are:
- Renting a Bouncy-House or Jupiter Jump: The rental company must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners as additionally insured. See sample here.
- Hiring a catering company or food truck: The company must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners as additionally insured. They cannot serve or sell to anyone else but your guests.
- Bringing an oversized cooking grill that must be towed on a trailer: Insurance is required, naming the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners as additionally insured. See sample here.
Please Note:
- No personal bouncy houses are allowed in parks.
- Water inflatables are not allowed.
Payment Information:
- A 3% Point & Pay convenience fee will be added to online card purchases.
- Half-day pavilion rental: $2.25 fee
- Full-day pavilion rental: $4.50 fee
- To opt out of the additional fee, payments can be made in person at a community center.
- No refunds for canceled reservations, but rescheduling is available.
Reservation Guidelines:
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Pavilions are available in three time blocks:
- 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. for $75
- 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. for $75
- All-day (9 a.m. - 8 p.m.) for $150

Haikey Creek Tri-Plex fees:
- 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. for $100
- 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. for $100
- All-day (9 a.m. - 8 p.m.) for $200
Park Rules and Regulations:
- Present your rental receipt to park staff upon arrival.
- Setup is not allowed before your designated reservation time.
- Clean and vacate the pavilion at the end of your reservation time.
- Prohibited items: Confetti, dunk tanks, water slides, lanterns with candles, fireworks.
- Tulsa County Parks are smoke-free.
- Animals must be on a leash and under the owner's control.

Special Events
Definition of Special Event: A public or invitation-only gathering, whether with or without admission charges, at any Tulsa County Parks facility, organized by a person or group for a common purpose. Also includes any organized activity by a sponsoring entity impacting county property, facilities, or services, unless explicitly prohibited by Tulsa County Policy.
Application Deadlines:
Event Applications for single-day events must be received no later than sixty (60) days before the actual date of your event and may be submitted as early as one (1) year before your event. Applications for major or multi-day events must be received no later than ninety (90) days before the actual start date of your event. Applications must be updated & current each fiscal year. Tulsa County Parks reserves the right to refuse applications received within these deadlines.
Insurance:
During the life of the event contract, the organization shall, at their own expense, maintain in full force and effect, insurance policies written by an insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Oklahoma obtain a general liability insurance policy having limits of no less than $1,000,000.00 to any claimant for all claims arising out of a single accident occurrence, $300,000.00 for any number of claims arising out of a single accident or occurrence and $25,000.00 property damage to any single claimant arising out of a single accident or occurrence. Such insurance policy shall carry an endorsement showing the TULSA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS as co-insured. Such agrees to give the county at least fifteen (15) days prior notice in the event of cancellation or material alteration of the provision of ORGANIZATION’S insurance coverage. Until such insurance policies or certificates thereof having been approved by PARKS, the agreement shall be without force or effect. In the event of cancellation or termination of any of the insurance policies or certificates herein required, the agreement shall immediately become null and void.
Non-Profit Discount
Event organizers that can provide proof of 501(c)(3), or 501(c)(6) non-profit status at the time of event application will receive a 25% discount. Discount does not apply to Damages, Clean-up and Set-up or Tear-down fees. TCP 420
Damages
Organization shall reimburse Tulsa County Parks for any damages that occur in conjunction with the event, including set-up or tear-down, to turf, vegetation, pavement, utilities, irrigation or other structures, equipment, or facilities of Tulsa County, whether caused by willful intent or accident.

Please do not set up before your designated reservation time. If staff is cleaning the pavilion before your designated time, please wait for them to finish.
You can decorate your tables and serving areas, but please do not use tape, command strips, or glue. Nothing should be attached to our walls.
If asked nicely, most patrons are understanding (and a little embarrassed), and will be on their way. Who knows, they might be really fun and you can ask them to join your party! Park staff will post a physical printed copy of reservations for the week (Sun.-Sat) at each pavilion.
Yes. Help keep your parks clean, safe and inviting when you leave:
1. Check your area for loose trash.
2. To all you "grill masters", make sure the coals are extinguished.
3. Do not leave food scraps around the area, since some of our park wildlife are on a special gluten-free-keto-vegetarian-paleo-diet.

We accept credit and debit cards over the phone. Cash, business and cashier checks are accepted in-person. Checks must be payable to Tulsa County Parks. Personal checks are not accepted.
The downpayment will go towards the amount owed. The final payment will need to be made two weeks prior to the room reservation.
A facility agreement will need to be completed and signed before your reservation.
You may tour the room you are looking to reserve. However, all reservations will need to go through headquarters.

You must have a licensed and insured bartender if you are serving alcohol.
