Things to Note:
Insurance Requirements
When reserving a picnic pavilion, you are required to provide proof of insurance if:
- Renting a bouncy house or inflatable (e.g., Jupiter Jump)
- Hiring a food truck or catering company
For these situations, we require a Certificate of General Liability Insurance with the following minimum coverage:
- $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury or property damage
- $300,000 for all claims from a single occurrence
- $25,000 property damage per claimant per occurrence
The Certificate Holder must be listed exactly as:

Additionally, under the Description of Operations section, please include the following statement:
"Certificate holder is an additional insured as required by written contract."

Planning to bring a large grill?
Please notify us in advance so we can direct you to the appropriate area for grill placement.
Please Note:
- No personal bouncy houses are allowed in parks.
- Water inflatables are not allowed.
Payment Information
- A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all online card payments through Point & Pay:
- Half-day rental: $2.25 fee
- Full-day rental: $4.50 fee
- To avoid this fee, you may pay in person at any community center.
- No refunds are issued for canceled reservations; however, you may reschedule your booking.
Reservation Guidelines
- All reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- Pavilion rental is available in the following time blocks:
Standard Pavilion Rental:
- 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. | $75
- 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. | $75
- All-day (9 a.m. – 8 p.m.) | $150
Haikey Creek Tri-Plex Rental:
- 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. | $100
- 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. | $100
- All-day (9 a.m. – 8 p.m.) | $200
Park Rules + Regulations
- Please present your rental receipt to park staff when you arrive.
- Setup is only allowed during your reserved time block.
- Make sure to clean and vacate the pavilion by the end of your reservation.
Prohibited items include:
- Confetti
- Dunk tanks
- Water slides
- Lanterns with candles
- Fireworks
Additional Park Policies:
- Tulsa County Parks are smoke-free.
- All pets must be leashed and under your control at all times.
If you experience an issue with another group occupying your reserved pavilion:
- Inside Tulsa city limits: Call the Tulsa Police Department at 918-596-9222
- Outside Tulsa city limits: Call the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office at 918-596-5600
Special Events
What is a Special Event?
A special event is any public or private gathering held at a Tulsa County Parks facility, whether or not admission is charged. This includes events organized by a person, group, or sponsoring entity for a common purpose that impacts county property, facilities, or services, unless otherwise prohibited by Tulsa County Policy.
Application Deadlines
- Single-day events: Applications must be submitted at least 60 days before your event date.
- Major or multi-day events: Applications must be submitted at least 90 days before the start date.
- Applications may be submitted as early as 1 year in advance.
- Applications must be updated each fiscal year.
Tulsa County Parks reserves the right to decline applications received within these deadlines.
Insurance Requirements
All event organizers must provide and maintain a General Liability Insurance policy with the following minimum coverage:
- $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury or property damage
- $300,000 for all claims from a single occurrence
- $25,000 property damage per claimant per occurrence
The insurance must:
- Name Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners as an additional insured.
- Include a provision to notify Tulsa County at least 15 days prior to cancellation or changes to coverage.
No event agreement will take effect until insurance has been approved by Tulsa County Parks.
If insurance is canceled or terminated, the agreement will become null and void immediately.
Non-Profit Discount
- Organizations with valid 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) status will receive a 25% discount on event fees.
- Proof of non-profit status is required at the time of application.
- Discount does not apply to damage, clean-up, or set-up/tear-down fees. (TCP 420)
Damage Responsibility
Event organizers are responsible for reimbursing Tulsa County Parks for any damages caused during event set-up, tear-down, or the event itself. This includes damage to:
- Turf, plants, or trees
- Pavement or irrigation
- Utilities, equipment, or park structures
Damages apply whether caused by accident or intent.

Please do not set up before your designated reservation time. If staff is cleaning the pavilion before your designated time, please wait for them to finish.
You can decorate your tables and serving areas, but please do not use tape, command strips, or glue. Nothing should be attached to our walls.
If asked nicely, most patrons are understanding (and a little embarrassed), and will be on their way. Who knows, they might be really fun and you can ask them to join your party! Park staff will post a physical printed copy of reservations for the week (Sun.-Sat) at each pavilion.
Yes. Help keep your parks clean, safe and inviting when you leave:
1. Check your area for loose trash.
2. To all you "grill masters", make sure the coals are extinguished.
3. Do not leave food scraps around the area, since some of our park wildlife are on a special gluten-free-keto-vegetarian-paleo-diet.

In-person payments can be made with cash, business checks, or cashier's checks at any Tulsa County Parks Community Center or at our Headquarters. (payable to Tulsa County Parks). Personal checks are not accepted

- Final payment is due two weeks prior to your reservation.
- A signed facility agreement is required to complete your booking.
You are welcome to tour the room beforehand, but all reservations must be processed through the Tulsa County Headquarters.

You must have a licensed and insured bartender if you are serving alcohol.
