About

Swift Park, located on the south bank of the Arkansas River just below the Keystone dam. It provides boat access to the Arkansas River below Keystone Lake when water levels are adequate. After-hours fishing is allowed with permit. Permits may be purchased for $10 at the Tulsa County Parks and Recreation Department HQ and are good for 1 year.
