Application Process

You must complete the application below in order for Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to consider your funding request. The form is fillable, and you are encouraged to attach any supporting documentation that supports the project proposal, goals or funding amount, including quotes, data sources and additional organization information.

All questions on the application must be answered.

When you submit your application, it will be sent directly to the Opioid Abatement Review Committee for consideration. This application is the first step to receive Opioid Abatement funding. If approved, applicants will be required to submit and update reports monthly.

Need-to-know Resources

To be approved for funding, project should adhere to the focus areas outlined in the attached Healthy Minds guidelines or be an evidence-based strategy.
