Procurement is the centralized procurement department used by all County departments and offices and stresses compliance and accountability, fiscal responsibility, customer service and operational efficiency.

Procurement has five employees who process more than 20,000 purchase orders annually.

Vendor Portal

All Tulsa County bid opportunities are advertised on the Vendor Portal. Registration is free and registered vendors can view current and past solicitations as well as elect to be notified via email of future bid opportunities.
