Register to Vote

New Voters

  • Complete the Voter Registration Application using the OK Voter Portal Wizard
  • Important: You must print, sign, and submit the application to the Tulsa County Election Board office by mail, in person, or online to complete the process

Registered Voters

  • Update your voter registration address or party affiliation online using the OK Voter Portal
  • Important: Address changes can only be made online if you have not moved to a different county. For all other changes, use the OK Voter Portal Wizard or a paper Voter Registration Application

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2023: Voters who voluntarily cancel their registration must wait sixty (60) days to re-register in the same county.

Paper Voter Registration applications are also available at the Tulsa County Election Board office, post offices, tag agencies, and libraries. For more information about Voter Registration in Oklahoma and qualifications here.
