Redistricting 2022

Every ten years after the U.S. Census is complete, the Tulsa County Election Board is required to redraw our district and precinct lines. Our staff has been hard at work for over a year to accomplish this task. These new district lines will be in effect starting June 28th, 2022.

What this means for Tulsa County Voters:

  • Precinct Numbers have Changed - We have renumbered EVERY Precinct in Tulsa County. We have renumbered them to make them easier to find and identify.
  • Polling Locations have Changed -voters might have to go to another polling location to vote.
  • New Voter ID Cards - Every voter in Tulsa County will receive a new Voter ID card. The Polling Locations are on the Voter ID Cards.
  • Effective June 28th, 2022 - The June 28th election will be the first election these new precinct lines will go into effect. Please use patience with our Poll Workers as this is new for them also. Lines may be longer due to this change.

What Tulsa County Voters can do to Prepare:

  • Make a plan to vote - whether you choose to vote by Absentee, during Early Voting, or on Election Day, make a plan in advance. Don't miss out on your right to vote.
  • Use the OK Voter Portal - This tool provided by the Oklahoma State Election Board has sample ballots, a map and location for your assigned precinct, and more. Find it at ok.gov/elections
  • Watch for A New Voter ID Card - We will begin mailing new voter ID cards in April 2022.
